Introducting M x MATTHILDUR, inspired by making a collection accessible to a large cross section of women, using Tangüis Cotton, which is grown in the central coast of Peru.

By taking our “signature” styles we are able to offer our highly desirable designs to reflect the casual and relaxed lifestyle of our customer and create a collection of sophistication and ease which should be in every woman's wardrobe.

For our first Autumn Winter Collection we are introducing an easy color palette of Ivory, Grey and shades of Black. While the colors are reflective of the season, they are indeed able to be worn year round as the weight, design and quality lends itself to longevity in your wardrobe.

Our goal is to provide a design sensibility which speaks to you, our customer, along with providing value with each and every purchase.

M x MATTHILDUR: Design. Quality. Value.

Soft and sensual Peruvian fabrics meet the timeless and modern style of Iceland.

Designer Matthildur Halldorsdottir feels that the boundaries between clothing and the body are becoming increasingly blurred. Her designs always respect the spirit, independence and sensibility of a woman.

The marketplace is saturated with bland basics, ill-fitting items, and a general lack of style; and shopping for interesting clothes can be a challenge for an ageless woman. Not anymore.

Joining the current Slow Fashion philosophy, MATTHILDUR works with small producers to support the development of local businesses in her adopted home of Perú. We establish meaningful relationships with our garment makers and use local materials and resources whenever possible. We are an artisanal brand, with all of our clothes produced in small batches.
