While we can't see you in person during these crazy times we are happy to answer questions about sizing, fit, material, construction or offer assistance to help you find what you are looking for. By working with us it's easy to get the right items shipped to you the first time and helps everyone avoid back and forth shipping and handling expenses.

If you contact us and we don't answer your questions accurately or to your satisfaction, you have 30 days on both full price and sale items to exchange your purchase. Clearance items (more than 50% off) are always final sale.
This policy is only for items purchased with staff assistance. If you did not make your purchase with the assistance of staff your sale item will not be returnable and your full price exchange will be limited to our Standard Return Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Not everyone wants to shop with assistance so we list measurements, fabric content, and size guides online so you can shop independently whenever you like with confidence.
Exchanges may be made on full price items not otherwise indicated within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange of store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached to each item. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, including purchases made with promotional codes. If you choose to ship your purchase back, keep your tracking number to confirm delivery. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage, but have weekly deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Who likes free shipping? We do! So we work hard to keep the free shipping minimum as low as we can by partnering with USPS and limiting handling expenses. That being said, USPS is experiencing significant delivery delays so if you'd like to pay a little more to have it arrive sooner we offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
On our end we process orders every business day and ship 3-5 days a week depending on volume. In stock merchandise ships from St. Louis, Missouri via USPS Priority mail unless otherwise indicated. A tracking number is provided via email the day your order ships out.
As of May 2020 we have expanded our website to include re-stock items that are currently sold-out in St. Louis but still available for purchase. These items take a little more time but generally arrive to you within a 2-5 week window. Restocks have been an awesome option for us and for our designers who are navigating the inventory and supply challenges we were all faced with this year, and it lets our customers have a larger selection and a longer shopping window to make purchases before things are "sold out." Items that are being re-stocked are often indicated in their description.
If you want to know what is in-stock in St. Louis or available for immediate pick up, please shop our IN STOCK section of the website. When we have sold out of a style but more inventory is available, it is removed from the IN STOCK page and listed in other sections of our website.
