Who likes free shipping? We do!  So we work hard to keep the USA free shipping minimum as low as we can by working with the Postal Service, UPS and limiting handling expenses. Keeping those costs low means that it's not unusual for an item to take 3 weeks to arrive, which we feel is a small price to pay for a free service. That being said, if you'd like to pay a little more to have it arrive sooner we offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

(Keep in mind Amazon costs more than $200/year for "free" Prime Shipping!)


We are so grateful for our customers around the world and have always tried to be as flexible with shipping international as possible. Typically international packages ship for about $40 an order, and when you check out the exact price will be shown before payment is collected.

International orders over $500 ship free. Please allow additional time for international postage.


Merchandise stocked in St. Louis processes 3-5 days a week. Our free ground shipping can take up to 2 - 10 business days depending on the carrier. Please note, during the winter Holidays expect longer delivery times for orders not placed with express shipping.  A tracking number is provided via email when your order ships out.


Items not stocked in St. Louis take a little more time but generally arrive to you within a 1-5 week window. If you pick an item with a longer delivery window (pre-order for example) the expected ship date will be written in the item description.

Why do some things ship fast and some ship slow?  Because we carry merchandise from a variety of makers. Some pieces are stocked here. Some are made to order. Some are stocked in New York or internationally.  We showcase items that are special and made to last for years. If you're time crunch please select & pay for express shipping or find one of the many other retailers that offer faster delivery options.

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most of the times it is out of our control. Luckily this is not a common occurrence with packages from! However if your package goes missing please send us a report by emailing
