RETURN POLICY

LAUNCH RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, so we do our best to get it right the first time. But if for any reason it didn’t work out, you can return the unworn full-price garment(s) within 30 days of delivery and a store credit will be issued to you within 5 days of us receiving it.

Your store credit will be emailed to you and kept on file so we can pull it up in the future if you lose it.

Please note, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.  If you aren’t happy with something you order we will happily exchange it for something we do have, now or in the future. If the rare occurrence that you don’t get what you ordered (something was missing or damaged, the delivery is lost in the mail, or something similar) occurs, then of course you would be refunded.

Discounted sale items are not returnable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN - THE BASICS

You don’t need a return label to send your unwanted items back—just ship them to:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unwanted regular price items. Your return is processed within 5 business days of being returned to our offices and you get an email with your credit amount and code to use when you checkout online.

 

When you ship your return keep your tracking number, Launch is not responsible for any lost or missing returned packages.

FREQUENT RETURNS

Launch Clothing & Accessories retains the right to warn, limit, or decline returns or exchanges based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, how it was obtained, or any other detail regarding the transaction.

LEGAL DISCLOSURE

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to fulfill orders from customers who have an unusually high rate of returns. Customers will be contacted on an individual basis, with the option of receiving merchandise only. If this offer is declined, the account will be suspended indefinitely.
