Returns

You don’t need a return label to send your unwanted items back—just ship them to:

We give you 30 days to return and issue Store Credit for unwanted regular price items. Your return is processed within 5 business days of receipt and you get an email with your credit amount and code to use when you checkout online.

 

Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.  If you aren’t happy with something you order we will happily exchange it for something we do have, now or in the future. If the rare occurrence that you don’t get what you ordered (something was missing or damaged, the delivery is lost in the mail, or something similar) occurs, then of course you would be refunded.

Shipping

Who likes free shipping? We do!  So we work hard to keep the free shipping minimum as low as we can by working with the Postal Service, UPS and limiting handling expenses.  That being said, if you'd like to pay a little more to have it arrive sooner we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. 

Merchandise stocked in St. Louis is processed 3-5 days a week depending on volume. A tracking number is provided via email when your order ships out.

Merchandise not stocked in St. Louis takes a little more time but generally arrives to you within a 1-5 week window. 

If you want to know what is in-stock in St. Louis and available for pick up, please shop our IN STOCK section of the website.  When we have sold out of a style but more inventory is available elsewhere, it is removed from the IN STOCK page and listed in other sections of our website.

How can I shop online without returning what doesn't fit?

You can absolutely return things that don't fit. We are a small business that has to source, buy, create, staff and service customers who want more apparel  than what's currently available to them and there are a lot of costs associated with shipping that sweater or that dress to you. If it's wrong let's absolutely try something else, today or in the future.

We also list measurements, fabric content, and size guides to help make it easier to shop with confidence.

How can I know if anything you have is going to fit me?

We are proud to say that the years of experience shopping and fitting clothing is what separates shopping with LAUNCH from big name retailers like Amazon or with customer service reps at Bloomingdales.com. A quick message to us about what you are shopping for can easily take the hassle of returns away before you add to cart and checkout. By working with us we hope to get the right items shipped to you the first time and hels everyone avoid back and forth shipping and handling expenses.

What if you get it wrong and it doesn't fit like you thought?

If you contact us and we don't answer your questions accurately or to your satisfaction, you have 30 days on both full price and sale items to exchange your purchase.  Clearance items (more than 50% off) are always final sale.

This policy is only for items purchased with staff assistance.  If you did not make your purchase with the assistance of staff sale items will not be returnable.

What if I don't want to work with a salesperson?

We list measurements, fabric content, and size guides online so you can shop independently whenever you like with confidence.

How quickly can I expect to get my store credit?

If you choose to ship your purchase back, keep your tracking number to confirm delivery. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage, but have weekly deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex and USPS and our delivery people are generally excellent. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Can I return an item I bought on clearance?

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, including purchases made with promotional codes, unless we told you to buy it. If you ask a member of staff about fit, fabric, care, etc and our answer is wrong we will allow you to exchange the item. Clearance (discounted more than 50%) is always final sale.

Why is your return policy more generous if I talk to your staff?

Because we want you to be happy with what's inside your box.  We want you to get clothes that fit your body, your budget, your occasion and your life - and working with each other is the best way to make that happen.

We don't work on commission. We don't offer franchise opportunities. We just want to offer our expertise to make the most of your time and ours.

I don't live in Saint Louis, how can I use a store credit?

The same way you made your initial purchase. You get a simple code to enter at checkout and the credit is deducted from your total. We keep your information on file, so if you lose it or can't remember what you did with it, we'll find it if you send an email to contact@love-launch.com
